Short Stress Relief Meditation

This is a short daily guided meditation for stress and anxiety relief. Sit on a black sand beach on the big island of Hawaii while I guide you into a relaxed meditative state before helping you release the need to control outside circumstances (trying to force and control things all the time is a big cause of stress and anxiety) and then guiding through a visualization of the new anxiety free you. For best results listen everyday for a few weeks to train your brain to enter and stay in relaxed states more easily. This file includes brainwave entrainment/ binaural beats, listen with headphones for highest effectiveness.
